The information collected on this form is recorded in a computerized file by the University of Montpellier Paul-Valéry – route de Mende – 34199 Montpellier Cedex 5 for the organization of scientific events and their dissemination on our web platform and social networks, the creation of user accounts on the database for writing notices and the dissemination of the editor's name for each notice on our web platform.

Legal Basis for Processing
The legal basis for processing is the performance of a task carried out in the public interest under Article 6(e) of the GDPR.

The collected data will only be communicated to the following recipients: IT development providers for user account creation, the public for broadcasting scientific event recordings, and the names of editors for each notice.
Data Retention
Data will be retained for the entire duration of the project and up to 10 years after the project ends for data collected on scientific event broadcasting authorizations.

You can access your personal data, rectify it, request its deletion, or exercise your right to limit the processing of your data.
